Joining the Faculty at University of Hartford, Hartt School of Music

I’m thrilled to announce that I recently joined the faculty in the Hartt School of Music at the University of Hartford as Artist Teacher of Trombone in the Jackie McLean Institute of Jazz. It is an honor to. join the ranks of such an esteemed institution with a rich culture of the arts. I look forward to working with JMI Director Javon Jackson and all of the fantastic students in the program. Following in the footsteps of Steve Davis , who is one of my heroes in the music, as the next jazz trombone teacher at Hartt is also an immense honor for me.

To any prospective students, there are scholarships available at the undergraduate level, as well as scholarships and assistantships available at the Graduate level. While live auditioning has returned this academic year, the application and audition process can be done entirely on online upon request.
